Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Flashlights are supplied as general work and everyday lighting products. They are not intrinsically safe, are not certified for use in hazardous or explosive atmospheres, are not marine, aviation or emergency-service certified lamps, and where a coloured mode is supplied it is a work mode and is not a certified warning beacon, hazard lamp or signalling device; where a certified device is required the customer is advised in writing that these products are not suitable. Photometric figures are stated in accordance with the customary ANSI FL1 conventions: luminous flux in lumens describes total emitted output and is not a measure of beam distance; luminous intensity in candela and stated beam distance describe throw; and runtime figures are measured until output falls to ten percent of initial output and are therefore quoted, where practicable, against a stated output level and driver type, regulated or direct-drive, rather than as a headline duration. Thermal step-down from high output modes is a normal characteristic of compact metal-bodied lights and is not a defect. Marking is by laser engraving through the anodised layer, and the anodising type is stated on the quotation; engraved marks expose the base material and may darken with handling, which is a characteristic of the finish. Rechargeable products are supplied with a replaceable lithium cell unless otherwise agreed; lithium cells are subject to dangerous-goods transport regulation which may restrict carriage by air and by certain carriers, and applicable restrictions and their effect on delivery dates are stated before order. Cell service life is finite and cells are supplied as consumable components. Magnetic bases are supplied with a stated holding force determined on clean flat ferrous surfaces; performance on curved, coated, contaminated or cold surfaces will differ.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
